UniTel is member of UNIVEST Group, a holding investment company established in 1993 to acquire a number of existing companies working in the ITC sector with the objective to consolidate and to increase its market share in the emerging fast growing Egyptian ITC market. UniTel was founded in 2002 as a subsidiary of PACC Engineering Co, one of the leading communications system integrators and supplier in the Egyptian market and a member of the UNIVEST Group.

UniTel was founded to be the A to Z system integrator partner for IT and Telecom integrated solutions and services to large and mid-sized commercial, industrial, and governmental entities.

UniTel is equipped with all the technical skills needed to offer any solution starting from designing, supplying, installing, maintaining, testing and commissioning, for any IT and Telecommunication solutions for Telecom and Datacom applications.
